WINLPG is a global network dedicated to the support and promotion of wome=
n in the LPG industry. WINLPG was launched in October 2015, and has three=
 pillars of objectives:  Support and retain women already in the industry=
; Promote role models and case studies and Educate and attract women to t=
he industry.

Welcome from WINLPG Chair Nikki Brown

Welcome to the WINLPG Update. Its been a very busy few months with some d=
efinite highlights including a great networking session in Lisbon, a netw=
ork meeting in Birmingham and the continued development of our national c=
hapters with a hugely successful meeting in Johannesburg.

WINLPG is more than just the meetings though, we have a defined set of te=
n goals for 2017 which we are well on the way to meeting. These are set o=
ut in our 2017 WINLPG Charter which you can read  here [https://www.wlpg=
a.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/WINLPG-Charter-May-2017.pdf].

One of our main goals is to develop membership, joining is simple, just c=
omplete the form  here [https://www.wlpga.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09=
/WIN-Membership-Engagement-Form.pdf] and return it to me at  [winlpg@wlp=
ga.org], there's no fee of course, and as we have a clear goal around thi=
s, every one counts.

We will send our next newsletter early September in which we'll be asking=
 you for feedback on diversity within your organisation. We'll be asking =
you to get involved to help us understand where to focus our network effo=
rts. So look out for this in the next issue!

 entitled Rising Leaders. The 2017 inaugural list features 15 of our indu=
stry's upcoming young leaders in the US, including six young women. Read =

Save The Date For The Next WINLPG Network Meeting

The next WINLPG Networking event will take place during the  World LPG Fo=
rum [http://www.worldlpgforum2017.com/] in Marrakech. Following on from =
the successful event in Lisbon, we're using this as another chance to sim=
ply get together, network, share stories and learn. You will also have th=
e opportunity to win a stunning gift in our draw!

Join us on Wednesday 4 October at 4:30pm - 6pm in the Exceptional Energy =
stage.

Regional Updates

WINLPG has two national chapters, in Nigeria and South Africa, and we hel=
d an extremely well attended WINLPG event in Johannesburg during the Visi=
on in Energy Johannesburg conference in May (pictured left). Over 60 wome=
n - and men - joined us for a morning of discussion, comments from govern=
ment, and some South African singing!

WINLPG has a target to launch one national chapter in 2017 and during the=
 WLPGA Industry Council meeting in Lisbon, the green light was given to l=
aunch a third national chapter in India later this year. More details to =
follow soon.

WINLPG also held a meeting in Birmingham just prior to the UKLPG Annual C=
onference in May this year and of course a networking event in Lisbon dur=
ing the AEGPL Annual Congress.

All very positive meetings and part of the core of WINLPG. We look forwar=
d to continuing these and welcome suggestions for launching future nation=
al chapters.

	WINLPG has two national chapters, in Nigeria and South Africa, and we he=
ld an extremely well attended WINLPG event in Johannesburg during the Vis=
ion in Energy Johannesburg conference in May (pictured left). Over 60 wom=
en - and men - joined us for a morning of discussion, comments from gover=
nment, and some South African singing!</p>
<p>
	WINLPG has a target to launch one national chapter in 2017 and during th=
e WLPGA Industry Council meeting in Lisbon, the green light was given to =
launch a third national chapter in India later this year. More details to=
 follow soon.</p>
<p>
	WINLPG also held a meeting in Birmingham just prior to the UKLPG Annual =
Conference in May this year and of course a networking event in Lisbon du=
ring the AEGPL Annual Congress.</p>
<p>
	<em><strong>All very positive meetings and part of the core of WINLPG. W=
e look forward to continuing these and welcome suggestions for launching =
future national chapters.</strong></em></p>
