The 20TH CONDENSATE AND NAPHTHA FORUM will be held in DUBAI from 20-21
NOVEMBER 2016 at the SHANGRI-LA HOTEL on Sheikh Zayed Road. Delegates
and speakers from a diverse spread of 22 countries from Brazil to
Korea are expected to attend.

The Dubai Forum will pick up discussions from the last event held in
Singapore in 2015 which were focused on the US and Iran condensate
scene. Discussions in 2016 will focus on:

* Critical drivers in the Middle East markets which are moving
centre stage, given large new supplies emerging from Iran with the
removal of sanctions.=20
    * Rise in naphtha demand in the Middle East, contributing to 20% of
total oil demand growth in the region to 2020.=20
    * New splitters in Qatar and Iran coming onstream removing some
500,000 bpd of condensate from the markets by end 2017, making Iran a
gasoline exporter by end 2017.=20

Elsewhere in Asia, condensate import demand in the region is
increasing with the re-start of the Jurong Aromatics Singapore
splitter, the new Hyundai Oilbank splitter in Korea, while new
supplies from Australia are emerging.  The Forum is attracting keen
interest from traders, refiners and buyers in these East of Suez
markets.
