I wish to refer to your Interview Request, and the time fixed for this
purpose at our office premises on 8th December 2016.

I shall recall your attention to the point that, at the end of the
interview, Mr. Carrera emphasized on the fact that, as per Saipem
policy, you should provide us with the text of interview for his edit,
before to be published; and you confirmed to do that.

But to our great surprise, a copy of the Energy World Magazine,
containing his interview was handed over to Mr. Carrera, during the
Petroleum Conference of Tehran.

By this e-mail, we are expressing our complaint and disagreement with
the publication of this interview, without getting our prior consent.
