Since in this last issue of the Energy World, there will be somewhat 
added emphasis on oil industry, mainly in terms of production and 
export, we wish to seek your assistance in writing the Editorial on the 
topic of "methods of management in oil industry and how this has 
influenced the economy of major middle eastern oil producing countries, 
namely Iran and Arab states"
